EIC France at the APEV 2020 training in Belfort

On October 15 and 16, 2020, a delegation of 4 people from EIC France participated in the annual training provided by APEV (Association Pour l’Émail Vitrifié). These two days provided an opportunity to train participants on different topics concerning enamel.

Several presentations were given by various players in our sector of activity, notably concerning the enamel material, supports (steel and cast iron) or regulations relating to water or food.

EIC France was one of the speakers and our manager Alexandre Petiot was able to enlighten the assistance on the existing application and firing methods, whether on culinary pottery, household appliances or hot water balloons.

These very enriching days also made it possible, during this particular period, to bring together the various companies present and to discuss the issues and best practices of each.

A big thank you to our host of the day, Julien URION, representing CICE Fontaine, both for the quality of the organization as well as for the visit of the Fontaine site which closed these two days. Appointment is already taken for 2021!!!
