EIC France at the APEV 2020 training in Belfort
On October 15 and 16, 2020, a delegation of four people from EIC France took part in the annual formation run by APEV (Association Pour l’Email Vitrifié). Over the two days, participants were trained on various topics related to enamel.
Several presentations were given by various actors in our industry, covering topics such as enamel materials, substrates (steel and cast iron), and regulations relating to water and food.
EIC France was among the speakers, and our manager Alexandre PETIOT enlightened the audience on existing application and firing methods for cookware, household appliances, and hot water boilers.
These highly enriching days also provided an opportunity, in these unusual times, to bring together the various companies present and discuss each other’s issues and best process.
We thank our host and organizer of these days, Julien URION, representative of CICE Fontaine, both for the quality of the organization and for the visit to the Fontaine site that closed these two days. The date has already been set for 2021 !!!
